3. Select the Employment & Industrial Accident Insurance Eligibility History Certificate.

4. Among Employment and Industrial Accident, select Employment.

5. Depending on the company's request, it is generally recommended to issue a record of all past companies.

If you want to be recognized for your work experience, it is better to issue all records. However, depending on the case, part-time jobs may be excluded.

6. You can select each workplace under "Individual Workplace".

Generally, it is issued without the second "Individual Workplace." You can click [Apply] to complete the issuance.
