Search function: It is very easy to find files using Google's powerful search function within Google Drive.

How to Modify

1. Move the file to [My Drive] by going to [File] → [Make a copy] and then modify the file.

2. Download it as an Excel file by going to [File] → [Download] and then modify the file. In this case, the file may be corrupted.

How to Modify the Transaction Details Form

1. Modify the content in the light green area to match your company's information.

2. Select all by pressing [Ctrl+A], then click [Fill Color] and change the background of all cells to white.

3. Go to [File] → [Download] and download the file as a PDF.

Tip. If you want to insert a stamp into the file, click [Insert] → [Image] → [Insert image on cell] and insert the stamp.
