Free Power of Attorney Form

This form is used to prove delegation when a company delegates tasks to an individual.

Overview

A power of attorney is typically used when someone grants authority to another person. It can also be used in real estate transactions, for example, when the homeowner cannot attend and appoints a spouse, parent, etc., as their proxy.

It is also used when a company delegates authority to an employee.

Example of a company delegating authority to an employee

• When an employee goes to sign up for a telecommunication service under the company's name
• When an employee handles banking matters for the company

Tip. Instead of broadly stating "to handle banking matters," it is better to write the power of attorney in amore specificmanner, such as "delegation for issuing a bank certificate of deposit".

Attaching a file within Google Drive

The file is in Google Docs format. Uploading the file to Google Drive offers the following advantages:

• Google automatically performs virus scans.
• Anyone can edit and modify the file with just a Google account (Gmail or Google Workspace), even if they don't have MS Office or HWP (Hangul) installed on their computer.
• Accessible from any device (PC, smartphone, tablet, etc.) as long as there's an internet connection.
• Auto-save feature: Minimizes the risk of data loss due to sudden internet disconnections, computer problems, etc., while editing documents.
• Real-time collaboration: Multiple people can edit documents simultaneously.
• Google Drive's powerful search function makes finding files very easy.

How to Modify

• Go to [File] → [Make a copy] to move it to [My Drive] and then modify the file.

• Power of Attorney Form * Download the file in Word format by going to [File] → [Download] and modify it. In this case, the file may be corrupted.

How to Modify the Power of Attorney Form

1. Modify the content in the yellow areas to match your own information.

2. Modify the content in the light green areas to match your company's information.

3. Press Ctrl+A to select all, then click [Fill Color] and change the background to white.

4. Go to [File] → [Download] and download it as a PDF.

Additionally, if a stamp is needed, you can insert it by going to [Insert] → [Image] → [Upload from computer] or [Drive] and inserting the stamp.
